Salud+ is Zurich Klinc's health insurance, run by DKV. At Zurich Klinc we are committed to prevention as a tool to improve your quality of life. And, for this reason, our health insurance uses Fitbit's wearable technology to collect some data that your personal doctor can consult to offer you continuous care.
Your Salud+ insurance combines face-to-face and digital care, offering the best of both worlds: you will choose your consulting doctor online and they will give you a virtual welcome consultation. If necessary, they will manage the referral to medical specialists in person, saving you time, doubts and cumbersome procedures.

With the Health+ app you can:

Select your Personal Physician and/or Pediatrician: You will be able to choose the one that best suits you after seeing their training and the score they have based on the real experience of other policyholders. In the case of children under 15 years of age, you can also select their personal pediatrician.
Once your Personal Physician has been selected, you can schedule an appointment to get to know each other: Welcome session, initial check-up and personalized prevention instructions.
Chat and video consultation: You will be able to contact your Personal Doctor and his medical team.
Agenda: You will have your medical appointments at a glance and you will be able to consult, edit or cancel them. Both virtual appointments with your Personal Doctor and face-to-face appointments with recommended specialists.
My Profile: In this section, you can check all the information related to your health such as your data, the settings of your Fitbit, your digital card, your history of medical documents, your electronic prescriptions, among others.
Emergencies: You will have access to the emergency medical directory and contact by phone and chat.
My insurance: You will find the data related to your insurance and access to a chat with a personal manager who will help you at all times with any query related to your policy (administrative procedures, authorizations, modifications of personal data, etc.)
Communities: You will have at your disposal a catalog of services that complement your health insurance, such as aesthetics, assisted reproduction services, nutrition, sports, care for minors and the elderly, etc. You can purchase them additionally at a special price.
